FOUNDER
Josh Olayemi
Josh Olayemi is the founder of Handvantage, a boutique consultancy for AI security, AI governance and OT/ICS security. He has worked in security for 20 years across enterprise and industrial environments and holds the CISSP and CCSP certifications.
His current work helps regulated organisations put AI agents to work while keeping a human accountable for consequential actions and keeping a record an auditor can inspect. He wrote the Agentic AI Procurement Handbook, a vendor-neutral guide for committees evaluating AI platforms, and leads the design of Vantage Workspace, a self-hosted AI workspace.
He speaks on AI agent authority, audit evidence, data sovereignty and procurement. He is based in Vancouver, Canada.
